Police have now recovered the garden tool that was used as a weapon to stab a man early Monday morning.
Fresno Police say two men got into a fight around 6:00am – near Calaveras and Voorman Avenues – not far from downtown’s Lowell Elementary School.
Police say 31 year old Sirvon Beasley stabbed the 62 year old victim repeatedly, and also hit him with a blunt object like a bat or a pole.
The victim ran for help and Beasely ran off – and no arrests have been made.
Beasley is now wanted for attempted murder.
